Cleaning for Midtown condos and apartments
Midtown Miami is a dense, walkable neighborhood of high-rise condos and apartment buildings around the shops of Midtown, with the bayfront towers of Edgewater to the east and the showrooms of the Design District to the north. Most homes here are units in large buildings, where parking, loading docks and elevator times have to be planned.
Pure Cleaning US works in Midtown buildings regularly. Our equipment is portable, so we bring it up to any floor without running hoses through the lobby. We clean carpet, sofas, sectionals and mattresses in the unit, and pick up area rugs for a full wash in our facility.
How we clean carpet in Midtown
- Inspection: We check the fiber type, stains and high-traffic lanes, and tell you honestly what will and will not come out.
- Pre-treatment: Sand, spots and pet stains are loosened from the fibers.
- Hot water extraction: A deep rinse that removes dirt, allergens and old residue.
- Deodorize and walkthrough: We deodorize and review the result with you before we leave.
